I have a question on behalf of my brother, who is MonkeyD on this game and forum. Both of us play this game and a short time ago both of us subscribed for a Gold membership.
This morning, both of our accounts were turned gold. Both of us paid the full $5.00 cover fee (although on the same PayPal account), and both of us got the gold benefits, however, HIS account didn't get any gold units, whereas mine did.
Can someone please tell me what went wrong here?

Shouldn't this go under Gold Account Help?

We went through the process sent to us by E-Mail already, and then a second time. I don't have the Units, and I can't access the Revelation Server, but I already get every other Gold bonus.
Are we not allowed to pay for two accounts off the same PayPal account, or what?
[EDIT] I guess this could go under the 'Gold Account Help', but it is a bug, right?

Doesn't sound like a bug, adding the units is manual.

There's a gold account help? :confused: Right. I'll re-post this in the proper forum. My apologies.

You can pay for an unlimited number of gold accounts from the same paypal account. I know from experience, not just a random guess.

In the end, if you have ANY problem with gold related accounts, the ONLY way to get help is to send a ticket via the help and Support Desk.
Not even posting in the Gold Help will fix anything. The Admins restrict all action to the help desk only.
