We just have to accept that there are people in the world who aren't able to think on the same level :).

destroyer: that game was a clear draw. I don't understand why the guy left, since this is exactly the situation where 3-turn-pass rule applies. You should have ran to your ward and asked for a draw.

In any case, you got a win out of something that was a draw, so be happy.

well, do you mean that retreating to your lightning ward is cheap? cause that's what i do when im like down to one unit.

Well.. if destroyer's knight was further from death... he could have won.. I've had one knight... a cleric and a ward... and have beaten people with 3 knights... (mostly because they suck)

but... it usually comes down to luck... and sheer balls... can I say balls?

Well, it all depends on the hitpoints, I had one guy running around his ward with a 8 hp knight, while my knight was still at 50 (Don't you just love blocking). Can't blame him for trying, but he could just have surrendered....

it doesnt always depend on HP iv beaten 2 knights with my one knight who was at like only 20 and they were full ( blocked every one of there attacks and his never blocked not once :) )

A few blocks in a row can change the game.

both are strong factors in end game tactics--the HP your remaining forces have, and how the dice falls... it's not one way or another as far as which is the greatest influence generally; for some games, it's low HP but extreme luck. on the other end could be the person w/bad luck startin out w/ full HP and still losing out of chance. the influence of HP and our Lady Luck are near equal ESPECIALLY when the end of the game finds you pitting knights against knights. :) there's my input... happy gaming

ok... if it comes down to the end... and they have one unit... that is one hit from death... don't risk it by attacking from the side... let them attack... hit/block/whatever... if you are still alive.. you win...

first move: somewhere to where you can position yourself at the enemy's back the next turns

enemy passes.. having to recover...

second move: knight or whatever attacks the unit's back... victory... simple...
