What the hell is a turtle? it is probably not the animal, right?
Once a guy made his assassin explode and delt 99 damage to all units around it... WTF? Was that a cheat? is there cheaters, anyways? If so is there a way to avoid them? please help me!

Welocme to TAO.
First, let me point you to the FAQ (http://tacticsarena.com/faq/) where most of your questions are aswered. The TAOictionary defines most common terms used in TAO.

The Assassin's special attack you refer is not a hack, but a secondary attack activated in a certain way:
When your assassin has 4 points or less of health, simply click and hold on her for 3 seconds. Upon release, she explodes to do 99 damage to herself and any unit in the square to her immediate sides (not diagonally though)

I would also like to direct you to the newbie Board, where often it is easier to get such questions answered.

Thank you all! The thing about the assassin was unheard of for many persons, i think.

the assassin move, along with the mud golem quake, are considered "secret" moves. Really, everyone knows about them, but they don't list it on the TAO unit descriptions.

They do however have them in the Unit Reviews of nthe FAQ.

theres a mud glem special :p?.../noob u hax0red in our last ..u put ur wisp down and got all my guys down to 1 hp then used the mud golem to suddely have them all killed at once.... i wana refund and u banned fr hacking...../noob
