Lightning Rod COMPLETELY different from LW

*It is actually used to COUNTER a LW so it is nothing like it*

Power: 0/5* (explained below)
Range: 5
Block: 100%
Movement: 0
Wait: 3
When it attacks it will be in focous and redirect all attacks done by lightning wards with in the range of 5 to itself and only doing 3 damage rather than 30. Its focous can only broken by the lightning ward's attack nothing else. It can't be paralyzed or poisoned, have you ever tried giving rat poison to a steel rod?. Anyone that is right next to the rod while the lightning strikes it will take 5 damage.

L=lightning rod
O=area not affected
X=area affected when rod striked by lightning

So if the opponent doesn't have a LW you've basically wasted a whole unit space. Then theres only about a 1/3 of a chance that the LW would actually be in the Lightning Rod's range if they used it.

This unit is supposed to redirect LW attacks, right?...

It's generally been agreed on that a unit should not be specifically made to counter one unit, as the unit is otherwise pointless.

i should make my own verson of this.....
sum up: all it does is redirect any LW attack, targeted at anything (not affected if attacks a friendly space or a space with no unit...period) so it dosnt atack the unit, the wait is the one turn more than the LW so its not totally overpowering.
but that is just an idea, im not gonna make an entire thread about this idea, cause i dont think its totally worthwile.
