not receiving forum email?

recently a freind of mine forgot his forum account password and requested to have it sent to him through email... however he never got the email... he tried agin 2 more times and didnt get it either..any suggestions?

Is he sure it is being sent to the correct email address?
I would suggest collecting his username and email address it is supposed to be sent to, and then PMing a nice mod, and asking them to check the email and see if it matches.

Yes, but some email systems block what they consider mass generated emails (sent by computer, not by actual person)
He might have to check his spam filter, and tell it TAO is "not Spam"

i think it is on his spam list, or its not reciviing--because of a wrong email adress, however, the latter would be slightly less of a chance after trying it two more times.... :huh: :wacko:

I just found out that emails on this forum are disabled, so you will not receive any.

go to hotmail, junk e-mail folder, if the TAO mail is there, open it and click "Not Junk Mail"...Hotmail thinks TAO is spam, I know from past experiences...and savanna, CLOWNS PWN! :*dwarf:
