I belive i can explain that. ART, the real leader, has been hospitalized, and haven't been on TAO in quite a while... leadership duties have been divided among a number of loyal members, including skeletor.

i had changed my setup and when i was done i got d/c, and i guess it didn't save my setup..anyway i went into a game with darksmile2..and found out te setup..didn't save..so i left after bout 10 secs. and no one moved. so there was no battle...i wanna know wut other ppl have to think, and wutever the majority rule is, ill be happy to comprehend with that....sry ds2

I was gold for about three days before our fight and since then I have gotten MUCH better. Last time, I had a guard position and lost the first fight, and this time around I'm not even in the war and I'm knocking them down one by one. (Only a matter of time before someone of Phillysoul's calibur sees this, so I had better count my blessings.)

Dark Ash hadn't played in months and was very new to gold-dom. You'll find he is a much more refined player now that he has had some time to compose himself, although I regret to inform you that he has moved on to bigger things.

Even without the help of the Arcadian Legends (who never won a fight due to that same technicality), we still beat one guard, and considering our current grand total of four golds at the time, I'd consider that impressive. (If only we had made MonkeyD our guard! Good thing we corrected that mistake.)

AL lost out on a technicality, and even though we had only a dozen odd members (the war began a few hours before the wipe), we put up a fight.

Before you get too cocky, Darksmile, weigh the situation. :bigsmile: Your clan was insanely huge compared to the Knights, and the Legends never won a fight, and we still gave you a run for your money.

Personally, I have never seen the point of mercenaries in CLAN wars... If it were an official allie clan, then i can see SOME point, but a clan war is a contest between two clans and their members, not a contest to see who can get the most help from outsiders. Especially when the outsider has no stake in the war whatsoever, it's just stupid to have someone help you, it's like saying "I know my clan isn't good enough to win, so i'll ask people from otehr clans to help".

Anyway, since this is a friendly war (though that is an oxymoron and i'd like you ppl to call it something else... like perhaps mock war, a tourney that follows the rules of war), I want ya'll to keep that in mind before making any excuses or talking trash (unless it's true and fun... like if i say LT sucks :cool: jk) because even a single whiner can add tension and make it worse for everyone... have fun guys! ;)

its kind of hard to make the s/s bigger , but we used photobucket and it sucks , but if you have paint or a photo editer program , just save the pic and blow it up using any picture program

Now, i'm personaly against using allies in clan wars, but it's only my opinion. Also, netjak doesn't do wars as a clan, if one individual member feels like joining (as that individual and not representing netjak in any way), then I won't mind, though I am personally against it.

If you read the clan rules, it states as follows:

6) You have every right to recruit as many people as you want; although do not forget that drafting in members who aren't very good might result in a longer war or a easier win, but if half your clan is defeated by a few people who does it look good on instead? Think if you're going to recruit in a war

You CAN recruit as many people as you want, any time you want, during a clan war. However, since none of them can replace existing guards, all they can do is pick at enemy forces. You guys COULD have been recruiting all along.

In fact, if I wasn't leader, I'd join AL just to wreak some havoc. :cool:
