I just couldn't come up with an reasonable definition of legends except, "It's kinda like this game... except it's different." I didn't feel like going into all the minute differences.

neither did I , thats why i just put the link, legends sucks now anyway , now that they dont have any drops

Yes they get the new units first to test them.
