View Full Version : Banff & Armageddon Servers Support

We are currently having some technical difficulties with supporting Banff and Armageddon servers. As a result all helpdesk tickets and gold account sign ups for these servers are on hold. We hope to fix this problem as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter.

Yeah, but I subscried to a gold at GL why can't that be upgraded then huh?

Sorry for the nasty tone, but this is taking long its almost been 36 hours since I subscribed to it.

if the servers are working for everyone but you. Does that mean the problem is on the servers side, or yours?

I recently logged into Army, and experienced major lagging... I wasn't the only one who experienced it too as a number of gold members were complaining about it. I would just like to know, is it due to high volumes of players, or jsut something in the programming update?

I have witnessed something like breakdown on Banff this weekend. Kicked out everyone and they have all lost.

That happened because of a new version release probably.

McBeat, have you completely cleared your computers Cache and Cookies? Also, try and use a different browser, and see if you can connect.

Also, please post what the game says when you try and connect. Without you providing as much information as you can, there really is no help for you.

It is but there is a bit of lag on Armageddon at the moment.
