One day on army i logged on and i was a grey where the day before i was a gold. WTF Happened???

Most likely your account was downgraded due to having been cancelled. Check your paypal to make sure it is active. If it is, send in a ticket.
When was the last payment made for the account?

Exactly, you just need some program that makes you reply to all threads in this section and all in Gold Account Help with:
"Send a ticket."

That could lead to some funny exchanges.

I have this same problem and sent like 5 tickets. still nothing. There is a simple solution to your solution, sergiy. You say send a ticket. I say fix the problem. And yes, my paypal is still going through.

What do you mean by "nothing"? The situation was fully explained to you 4 or 5 times in answers to your tickets. Maybe you are not happy with outcome, but that's another story. You are sending the same ticket over and over again and getting the same answer over and over again. If you have nothing to add, you can continue complaining on the forum or whereever you want, it will not help. It will probably ends up soon though, with your permanent ban.

What more is there to add? Read the starting post in this thread. It's not only me! My paypal reports $5 on Mar. 2 to Tao Gaming, Inc. and $5 on April 2 to Tao Gaming, Inc. What else do you want?!?! I want my gold, and a $10 restitution! My responses are utter and complete bullshit, as my paypal tells me that so far I am $10 in the hole. Let me say this though, Everything I am doing is 100% legal, as I am only complaing of a problem I have found in tao. MinishSprite found it as well. Yea, new forums and site are nice, but if DivineRight was still running things, my problem would've been solved 2 days ago.
