Please help im a newb and need to know how you do the assassin trick! ;)

all you do is when the assasin's health is below 5, not 5, click on the square of the assasin and hold for a few seconds, or when the square changes colors, and release to use the bomb. The attack deals 99 damage and the assasin attacks her adjacent squares.
