View Full Version : Two weeks since I paid for a Gold Account!

It has been two weeks since I paid these lousy (insert favorite expletive deletive here plural) and they still hve not upgrades my account to gold!

I checked my paypal account and yes the money was transfered.

Subsequent emails to v2c@digisonline.com and tao@digisonline.com and not been replied to.

Any help out there would be appreciated.

Wrong forum. Should go into Gold Account Help.

Also, I'm pretty sure you registered on www.digisonline.com. That's an entirely different server than this one.

Send in a help ticket with your reference number and it should be done in a day. But the admins are rather busy.
