I cant scroll down while playing to look at the things people are chatting my screen stays at the top if you want a screenshot I can give you guys one.

Try hitting F-11.

Also, you either are using the AOL browser, or have your screen resolution set WAY too low. Try using another browser such as Internet Explorer or even better Fire Fox (http://mozilla.org). If you are u8sing another browser and still have the problem, set your resolution higher.
