The reaper can kill a unit in one blow,but there is a possibility it will miss 87% of the time.To activate this death blow you will have to be in front of a enemy unit and hold down the mouse for 3 seconds.It can only use this ability 3 times so use it wisely.Also can teleport and will not move aside for friendly units.

I understand you balanced out the unit with low health and an 87% chance of missing, and I comend you for it. By the time the unit dies, I guess it could only kill one unit.

anyway its an ok unit i still dont like the instant death concept on any unit because its either to underpowered or to overpowered depending on how you try to balance it out.

This is terrible. If it misses 87% of the time why bother using it. It will die before it actually kills 1 flippin unit. I can see that you tried to balance it but it still it a horrible unit. By horrible I mean useless.
