I am currently having problems with this game or it might be my computer.Okay here it is what happened:
A defragmentation disk was ran on my computer a few days ago. After that,I wasnt able to open the "Click here to play Tactics arena online" thing. I though it might be my flash problem(i may not have it after defragmentation) so I went to the download flash website but i cant download it,there isnt any buttons for me to dowload,as shown here:

But then I went to my "old" computer(i have 2 compuers) and there was buttons that let me install flash as shown:

As you can,there isnt those "install" buttons and informations on the first one.I was wondering if there is anything wrong with my connection to this website or is it just my computer. I cant seem to download flash( i dont even know if I have it).I went to several other sites and they dont work for me neither,like my email(i cant access my email and sites like ESPN doesnt show me the pictures,only words.Is it my browser problems or what?My computer is windows xp and my old one is windows 98. I can only access these things,like forums on this website but not play the game(clicking it doesnt work for me).
Can anyone out there who possibly know what the problems are and tell me the possible solutions,THANK YOU.I am desperate.Is it my ports problems?Please,someone out there help me.one more thing,I though it might be some kind of virus so i try to install Norton Antivirus but IT WONT LET ME INSTALL.
P.S. I tried deleting my cookies but doesnt work neither.
One more thing,I know some of you might not reply because some may think I am a newbie having "newbie" troubles but I am in Great Lakes with The Arcadian Legends(gryphon my leader).
