... yup, thats right, i've just graduated (well, friday night, but i haven't had access to a computer until now)

goodness, it feels weird, now i get to watch all my friends graduate, they are all nervous as heck about it, me, well i wasnt completley cool about it, but i wasnt nervous till it started, but maybe thats becasue i helped plan it (homeschool, i was a class officer and we were in charge of a lot of graduation) but i still don't get what the big deal about graduating is, things change yes, but so what? graduation is awsome, people have every reason to be excited about it, but nervous? i don't even understand why i was nervous (except i don't like getting up in front of crowds) i guess some people just have a hard time moving from the relatively structured life of highschool to the totally demolished life of a college student, any of you have a hard time with this?

me, i've been going to college concurrently for the past 2 years, so its really not that big a deal to me, at least it isn't yet like it is for a lot of people i know

Nope. I'm only in 8th grade! :p
Besides, the world isn't going to end in the next few months. ;)

<-----Sophomore. Though I have this feeling that my transition from High School to college will be pretty smooth. I'll be taking college courses starting next year, only 1 each semester but still... anyways, and probably quite a few college courses my Senior year. Also, I think I'm going to take a few classes each summer so I can graduate a semester or two early and catch up with my gf.

On a side note, congratulations.

On a side side note, is your title Annihilate the Corrupt a song title? If so, and if it's the song I'm thinking, you rock.

I can barely even remember graduating from high school.

That makes me extremely old, doesn't it?

thank you, and yes it is a song title, by the band Demon Hunter, is that the right one?

oh, and good luck on catching up with your GF, i'm 16 hours ahead of mine  but eh, if it lasts through college (especially the transition from highschool to college) then i doubt 16 hours or even a year will make that much of a difference, ya know?

throwing up, throwing out the corruption of this life

Yes, Demon Hunter! I went to their concert a long time ago when they were on the Summer of Darkness tour. I'd have to say my favorite song of theirs is either old school Through the Black or Beauty Through the Eyes of a Predator.

Anyways, thanks for the good luck wishes on the catch up :) .

Yeah, Turn Your Back and Run is awesome. Beheaded was SWEET in concert, they had the lead singer from Haste the Day up on stage with them doing the pre-chorus part... he's got an awesome high scream.

yup, they did that in texas too, my friends who were at the time, huge DH freaks, were freaking out, like you know teeny-boppers and Nsync back in the day? yeah it was kinda like that, except less gurly, pretty funny to watch though

Haha, you know how on the chorus of "Infected" they have a backup singer singing "Pour the blood"? They didn't do that in concert so me and a friend did it as loud as we could :p . You could probably hear us somewhat; there were only 50 or so people in the room. But yeah, it was awesome.

Disciple is coming through my area soon, I'll probably try to get to that.

We actually had a huge discussion about what exactly drak's avvy was doing. What the green blob was, whether or not the dude was throwing up or eating it, etc etc. If I recall correctly, we decided it was some kind of green sluggish frog.
