Can anyone please tell me how I can get a Drawing that I made onto the site for other people to see? Do I need a scanner or what?

You'll need to convert it into digital art, and host it. Most of the time, this means using a scanner to scan it, and then hosting it on a free hosting site, such as imageshack.us.

I saw this think in Japan. Well I didn't see it I've never been to Japan. But I heard of this thing from Japan which is like a scanner shaped like a pen. Yeah for real. You just trace it over text you like and it scans it and saves it as a document. So when you are plagiarising from a book that you can't take out of the library, you don't have to type it out you can just whip your portable scanner out and save it.
How. Awesome. Is. That.

You can buy them in the States too.
Our local Best Buy has a couple different brands of those pens.

I think its time I got a scanner anyway. Although a Pen Scanner would be pretty damn cool too. Kinda like a James Bond Gadget. lol

I have taken some pictures of some of my art work and tryed hosting it on Imageshack.us but when I hit host nothing happens. It starts to load the next page but it doesn't even load anything, I have a fast computer so that cant be the problem.

A way to go until you can get your own scanner is to stop by your local library. Some libraries have scanners you can use to convert drawings and pictures to digital form.
Or, bring a disk or CD-R with you for this one:
Go to your local Pharmacy or Camera store (and even grocery store sometimes) and see if they have one of those do it yourself digital photo stands. the kind where you can take photos from a picture, and scan it into a file.
Scan the drawing, save it onto whatever form you brought with you, and TA_DA.
