Well I would have to say LonelyTylenol because I have not seen any advil on the servers yet.

They are both relatively strong medicines for completely different things.

Neither are strong at all. Even in higher doses they are among the weakest drugs. And trust me, I once tossed back almost 20,000 mg of Ibuprofen over several hours. I tripped a tad bit, and the doctor yelled at me.

And yes, 20-25 grams is considered a lethal dose. (20,000-25,000mg)

muscle soreness(from exercise usually) use advil since it is antiinflammatory.

headaches use tylenol.

Well there a gelcaps and geltabs, and all the other different sizes and coatings of pills because some pople prefer one over the other. There are also different strengths; regular strength, extra strength, etc.


For more detailed information you can always check out the brands website or ask a pharmacist before you buy one or the other.

Hmm...according to my experiance...Tylenol (t-3) works the best for me :D
