So I've looked at these threads over time, and some trends have emerged as reoccurring ideas.

mainly: 1) A unit that alters movement, either speeding your units up or slowing the opponents down or "compelling" or "repelling" them.
also: 2) Another projectile unit like the scout, either with less range and more power, or the other way around for finishing guys off.

I just hope seed is strongly considering these ideas because it sounds like a lot of people want to see them in action, and hopefully these threads are getting attention.

That really is too bad. There are a lot more of us than there of them and more minds=More ideas. More ideas= Oh Damn! Why didnt we think of that, and everyone is happier for it.

well seed is probably not out of ideas yet so until then we can just hope

It's just a little sad that noone pays attention to this. There have been some fairly decent ideas that originated in this forum, and with everyone here to critique it, then you end up with a unit that many people like and is fairly balanced.

Just because a decent unit shows up here does not mean Seed has to use it. I know for a fact Seed keeps an eye here, I've seen him browsing this forum. But think about it, you're not going to go live on a game without plans for expansion. They've already released some units, and at least one is being tested now. Seed must, I am sure, have a plan for the units he's working on, including models, animations, and game mechanics.

Some of these ideas might end up in future units, but many will not. It's just a creative exercise, nothing more.

With a game that is this good a forum is really not needed for ideas because this game can have an endless supply of characters.

What i meant was that some of these people might think of an idea that Seed or Bills or the other people in charge haven't thought of.
