I voted Personality. It is what has made our Strategic Insomnaics. Anyone can be good, but if they are a jerk or put others down, or even cheat why would they be good for clan atmosphere.

Now another thing to consider is do they act the same on the forums as they do in our clan and for some of our members they are two completely different ppl.

Our founders all played together for about three weeks before creating a clan and we all were proud to say we WERE Si long b4 the clan system was in place. It is that loyalty that let me know we were clan material.

Now you look to future members.
How do they handle themselves in the lobby. Do they ask "what do I have to do to join (clanname)" or do they post "I want to be in clan.. is your good"?
Do they spam they nEED to be in clan?
Do they accept just about every challenge?
Do they whine.. I'm only a grey your Gold will bet me?
Do they joke around.. do they help n00bs in the lobby even after they have ansered the question six plus times today already.
When your grey members play them do they act civil?
When your bogus non clan affiliated account plays them.. do they act civil?

Then the skill side:
Do other members suggest the player made them think and had a good set-up.
And then you look at rank.. No for other reason then to get a feel of about how long thye have been playing.. Or at least how many games they have played.

This is what I look for in recruits and might be why we take so long to alow new members.

Life is so unfair. I'm not a selfish person, so I can't see killing myself, because I know how much it would hurt the people around me. I can imagine who would find me in my room, and how much it would hurt her, she'd very likely do the same to herself. But I'm so tired of being alive. It just seems so pointless. I can pretend alright, and go through the day, but it's just going through the motions. I don't find joy in anything I do anymore. I'm a very talented person, a caring person, a loving person. In the right situation, I could do great things with my life. I'm smart enough and aware enough to understand this. If I could take a bullet for someone right now I would, because it would be a productive end to my life. I just want to have a purpose.

Haha sorry. It's a long story... but basically I left to make fun of another guild... if that makes sense somehow.

Long story: There's this guild that some of my friends and I make fun of because they have like elevently billion members. So we decided to find out how many members they actually had, but the only person with a secondary account was me, so I was the only one that could do it. :(

Joined the guild and found out they had around 100 members... yikes.

And there was no one online I could tell before I left. :(
