Hahahaha, I know, that's *TN* allright. Good thread, and nice screenie.

I've seen him doing that a lot, and he tried it on Gladiator as well.

Everyone knows he's a moron and a cheater. The Exile has a screenie of him playing another account he has acces to in a 5 seconds game, too bad it's not enough proof for his stats to get erased.

Nobody cares about him and his stats anymore though.

Yea, i got on rev this morning and saw *TN* get out of a game with Actgfin1234, he played it off very slick, Asked him for a rematch and ofcourse he agreed. I knew that they were the same person, but i didnt think iwoul be able to prove it since he would probably make the game last long to make it look like an actual game. So i got off, came back on 5 minutes later, *TN* stats went from 1376 to 1404, and Acts dropped like 50. Meh hes dont that to me before to One, dont feel to bad :)

Well, im not saying he is actgfin, im just saying he has access to it, I mean, He just got out of battle with act he won, he asks him for a rematch, he accepts, at this time i think his stats were 1376, I leave for about 5 minutes or so, i come back on and he has jumped to 1404, and act had dropped 50 points or so, so come on put 2 and 2 together and what do you get? 4.....and *TN* has access to Act

It's strange that someone could so obviously be a cheater, yet still be allowed to claim 3 of the top 6 spots on FPS's flagship server. I expected more when I heard you had an active admin here.

He has access to several other accounts. I've also seen act and unicliche playing other people to get their ratings up, and then have Catalyst/Life Sucks/*The Nothing* magically appear to take them straight off them. Unfortunately, that is the only screenshot I've managed to get. But I think the entire community knows that he cheats, so that's second prize to getting his ratings reset to 750.

Admins only take action on concrete proof. First offense is a points reset, then a deletion of account. *TN* may be retarded, but he isn;t stupid enough to cheat in the wide open, so he is hard to catch.

Exactly correct. We can't delete people just because they are widely hated.

As for lying about what type of set you're using in a game, that is wrong, but it isn't cheating. And if you're playing TN and expecting him to play fair, you're even stupider than he is; its very widely known that TN is a serial liar who is absolutely untrustable.

I disagree, its wrong and it is cheating. However its not cheating as far as the rule book goes. Although it could be considered, in a card game, a bluff. I still define it as cheating.

To me cheating is a means to alter the turn out of the game. Not including the use of skill, nonexploitatory programmed routines, or accordance to written agreements. Including, but not limited to, written deception.

Just my personal opinion though.

Nowadays the TA is flooded with ~Galdiator~´s turtle. I know about 5 good ranked people who use it. The point is to make your own and win with it, not to copy anyone.

Wow. I really wish that I could find some solid proof that he was cheating.

I mean it's clear that he is a slime bag but I can't really reset his stats without someone giving me concrete evidence that he was cheating. If he is caught again his accounts will be deleted since it's the second time he's been caught.

to be honest, I'm amazed that any of his accounts are allowed to exist and that he isn't perma-banned from the game.

TN is without doubt, the most disruptive player thats been here (even more than AFI was, sine his is more spread over several months here). Every so often we get some crap about how he's "changed" and is better, and then he shows how he's changed by doing stuff like this.

For past and present behavior..can we please just be rid of him?

*TN* recieved Acts password on uncliche most likely through Demonkiller. Theres this whole circle of passwords going around that include Draquist, *TN*, Demonkiller, Act, and meat.eater (myself). Fortunately, meat had his password changed. I dont know about others though. I sure hope so. The real pissant here is Demonkiller, *TN* just has a screwball way to play, which ive now gotten used to. The longer you complain about *TN* and not just figure out how to make a setup against him (hint: try anti-rushes, he never turtles, and if he did, he sucks at them so ur anti-rush would win), the more he'll annoy you. Like i said, ive gotten used to him.

For the record, the real actfgin1234 and Uncliche7 is NOT cheating, he wouldn't do such a thing, you all know him, and he is a seriously stand up guy. Act has given out his pw in the past though, so it isn't inconcievable that *TN* has it.

I'd also like to say to any of the NJ leaders, that if you see any suspicious activity on either of my accounts, please don't be afraid to confront them, and or expel the name. I don't want to see this cheating associated with netjak, or my name.

How is this not solid proof he was cheating? The game lasted about 5 seconds... so short that I didn't even get time to screenshot it before it was over. Notice the lack of messages in a lobby full of 7 people between the agreement to a match and the increase of rating for Catalyst.

Is that screenie not enough evidence, given his past record? He has cheated before.

Don't wipe his account. Just reset his rating to 750. That would teach him a lesson enough... don't waste your time getting a rating that is reset if you get caught once. Plus if he was skilled enough to reach 1400 legitimately, he can do it again. :)

Depends what is classed as solid evidence. Plus the mods are the judge, jury and have the ear of the executioner, so it's entirely dependent on their interpretation.

Ah well. It comes to something when a proven cheater from the past has another screenshot of a highly likely episode of cheating, and nothing is done about it.

While I don't care myself about ratings, it still galls me to have my new favourite server topped by a person I'm 99% sure cheats. It's a sad thing for the game more than anything else. And if I could still play on Legends, I think it would probably even send me back there. At least I know that the top players there aren't all the same person, and only got there through cheating.

I'm 100% sure "TN" cheated. Why? His 3 accounts erupted to 1300+ in 1-3 days, while I was on the server most of the time. So there is "no" way you can get 3 accounts to 1300+ in a few days and don't play anyone. No offense, the system of dealing with cheaters blows.

Edit: dirka, I'm trying. He knows not to cheat when I'm in the lobby now. Again a matter of him wriggling out of it. He's at the top of the rankings, why should he need to cheat now? He'll lie low for a bit, until we've forgotten, then slowly inch upwards again without us noticing.

In response to your question... who DOES have access to the Unicliche account and is still active? I have only seen it on when *TN* has been on since I arrived. Similarly with the actgfin1234 account. Actgfin himself no longer plays, and has said so himself. If anyone else does have access to the accounts, please correct me.

The idiot outright displays his lack of respect towards other players and that he doesn't give a flying fork about what the community thinks of him. I also hate seeing his post as he normally doesn't make, sense, because, he, uses, too, much, commas.

What disappoints me is that I want this guy to become better. Instead he shots my hope down everytime through his actions in-game and out. Proofs? Give me a break. He has done it in the past, he is doing it again today, and he WILL keep on doing it because he knows he will be tolerated so long as he does it in a small fashion. I am sick of seeing threads like this. Really, this guy is worse than TheCheat even when he was being obnoxious.

Flame me for this if you want but heres what I think. Its true, Cat has 2 personalities. The Talented Joker and the Pot Head. I knew that Joker best. He is the player who taught me how to be the great grey that I am today. Its because I practiced with him so many times, thatI learned the scout LOS and how to use a chanty and all of that stuff. No matter what you think of him, down inside, when hes not high on pot, he is a good guy, and I hope you all can see that.

I won't flame you for thinking that when he applies himself that he is a good player. Fact is I think he is good. However, what is that skill worth if you are constantly cheating and acting a fool? As far as "deep down being a good guy".... well I am sure some people would say the same thing about Micheal Jackson. Sorry but there is only so many times I am gonna give someone a chance. Sorry bud, but I am not gonna cry over his "pot" addiction. Many of us have been on and been through much much more than that. I lost many friends, lots of cash, lots of opportunities b/c of drug decisions I've made. I don't expect any pitty and drugs are no excuse.
Hell, I had my wife just leave me after I did everything I was supposed to do for that woman. I gave her everything and all the support she could ever need. I watched her constantly take with little giving in return. Once I was no longer an asset to her she was out the door. How many times has anyone ever made a post on here about the bullshit I've gone through the past year? How many people have tried to defend me b/c I am down or I am addicted, or I am confused? ZERO. I have taken responsibility for all of my actions and all of my decisions. If someone doesn't like my attitude well that is their choice, but the fact is that I am going to be honest either way. I am not a shady character b/c of any of the above. And honestly the "excuse" that I've seen about him for the past year plus, is growing very trite and played.

I have no pitty bud and most everyone here will say the same thing.
