I need some help with firefox

I signed on and it asked me what user I was signing on too. It has never asked me before so I chose default and it said it was already in use, but there were no Firefox windows open.

I made a new one "mokotoko" and now all my quicklinks are gone and everything is changed.

Anyone know how I can change it back? I'm having a real hard time finding a way.

FF has profiles, and sometimes when FF is shut down wrong they get messed up. You need to switch to the original profile in order for it to display ur favs, ect. I'm not sure how, however when it happened to me a quick reboot fixed everything.

this happens to me all the time. That is the only problem I have ever found with firefox. It doesn't always shut down right.

The window will close, but the process is still running.

usually I can ctrl alt delete and end the process, which usually makes it so that it won't ask me for a new profile.
