hi, this is the second time this happens to me, so i post it here this time. i got my sec. account online yesterday. now, when i try to log in, it displays "invalid name or pasword" it is a grey account
but its the right name and password
thats not acceptable for me, i got more then 1000 points with that acc., so can someone please help me? :(

Free (gray) accounts are wiped monthly to prevent lag. If you want to keep your account, go gold.

Well next time please take the time to read a bit befor posting every grey account gets wiped once a month and it gets posted on the main webpage.

Well greys wipes is just to prevent lag if theres no grey wipes the game is probably like all lagged up

Twist, let me see if I can explain. We get tired of people being too lazy and retarded to answer even the simplest of questions by themselves. Before you posted in this forum, you might have noticed the stickied thread first on the list called "Everyone! Some bugs explained here!" by Asmodeus. Here is the first paragraph out of that post:

1.) Greys This is a issue that causes alot of uncalled for threads. You may say things like "hey some haxer got into my accoutn and deleted it and i had highstast! what happened!!" Well I'll tell you what happened.
Once every month on all the servers Great lakes, Banff, and Armegeddon there is a term called a 'wipe' what this is all the grey accounts are deleted form the database because they are clogging up the system. It allows room for new players to try the game and go gold maybe. So to save yourself form this horrible fate you can check the home page. www.tacticsarena.com and check to see when the next wipe is. You can also see all other types of info there as well. If you want you can recreate your grey account over and over. But if you get to your all time "high" stats you should maybe consider going gold also at the link above.
