Anyone remember the last thread I posted about playing stiffness, where I bitched about his luck and his bad attitude? Well, I redeemed myself today. He went on and on in the lobby about what the restrictions were on our turtle, all I cared about was no GA and that it was a turtle. He kept asking questions, like "no stone in front of cleric?" I said sure, mine is on the back row anyway. Well, this is what he plays me with.

So he poisons me, unstones me, and kills my cleric and wisp, b/c he has 3 ranged units in range of my support units. He played with the main thing he asked me not to use, a stone in front of the cleric. This guy is garbage, I wondered how he got up to 1600, now I see. At least it was kind of a turtle, so I had a chance:

Notice the excuse he gives. This guy is garbage. He ends up hitting that knight from the front later, then telling me I was lucky: I blocked 2 out of 5 from the side (40%, perfect), his scout blocked my only attempt from the side on it, and he hits my knight from the front. Well, I outplayed him and ended up freezing his frost golem over his shrubs. I knew he couldn't win, but I was afraid he would get lucky, kill my knight, and with my dragon I couldn't get through the shrubs, I didn't want to let him off with a draw.

Just before he surrendered he says, "I guess I messed up somewhere, gg." I responded with, "no I just outplayed you, gg."
I wouldn't post this, but this was sweet with revenge, and he still couldn't play a real turtle. This guy needs to be taught a little something about integrity - I did my best :bigsmile: .
