i totally agree with this and that is why i love playing the greys that think they are hot sh!t because their stat is 1050 or 1100. its funny when you play them and you lose anywhere from 0-2 units and they start saying things like they made a mistake or something.

If I felt like ridiculing someone over the net all day I would have came up with something more clever, however because I don't really see the point of making a dramatic comeback that would shine amazingly in everyone's eyes.

I flawlessed Berz once. ;) But if we had gone through 3 more turns, I'd have lost 2 units.

By the time he surrendered, I was so open to attack it was ridiculous; I only really won because I had the opportunity to strike first, and put him on the defense.

But I did flawless a top 100 gold on my grey once! :bigsmile: Can't remember who it was though... They haven't been there for around 5-6 months.

Yup, I need to work on fighting rush turtles sameside still. I excel at opposite side, same-side is much more difficult for me. But yea, I knew I was screwed so I just surrendered. In an antirush you can still defend a little bit, not so much in a turtle.

I won a match the other day with a knight, scout, furgon, frostie, dt, cleric for most of the game, probably over 45 minutes of gameplay. One of the best matches I've ever had, the longest by far too. Close to 2 hours I think.

I specialize in opposite-side turtles as well... In fact, my turtle is way too vulnerable to use in most same-side situations (especially these new wisp-based turtles). With only four attackers, having a Scout on the second rank without any first-rank defense puts it way out in the open (leaving only 3 attackers to remain if he's taken out), and my Furgon, in his back-rank position, is too far away to use in a same-sider.

You can ask Dragoen Link what I mean--I'm 5-2 against him in opp-siders, but 0-6 in same-siders. :)

It was most unorthodox of me to improvise and put so much pressure on my four-attacker force to rush you, and I'm quite surprised it actually worked. Luck of the draw, I guess. :bigsmile:
