My friend X_slayer_X left me his Legends account Crimson_Warrior about 7 months ago when he left, and I have been using it commonly.
I go to Legends, put my avatar down on FL1, hoping for a decent challenge. Jaen jumps me, with a stack of 1632 stats. He rushes my power-turtle. Most of the beginning he put his scout in a threatening position to attack my cleric after his ambusher attacked, while he tries to do that he occupies me with his mud and dragon, I kill his mud quickly, and then destroy the ambusher and sacrificing my wisp so he didn't get my cleric so quickly. My scout was the only thing blocking my 4 HP cleric from an open LOS shot, so I kept it there for a while until I sent my dragon to roast it down to 14 HP. He comes closer in, shooting my frost golem, and then roasting my frost golem (because my frost and stonie were the only things protecting my cleric). His next scout move is that he breaks the focus on my stonie, and then the game swiftly changes.
I had a tough time killing his scout, considering he had 2 clerics. But eventually I killed it, after leaving an open spot for his dragon to burst my cleric the next turn. I stone my scout and cleric, he comes and attacks my cleric leaving it at 4 HP with no way out. He brings in his knight (out of 3 knights) to kill my mud golem, then I burn/slice/archer his knight, after 2 heals, I repeat and kill it. After those 3 turns he got my cleric, and tryed retreating. I made the mistake of freezing the dragon after only covering it with my beast rider, he kills my frost golem. I try to rip apart his 2nd knight while his knight and dragon kill my beast rider, then I kill his knight.
So far it's like this. Me: Knight, stonie, scout, dragon. Him: Knight, dragon, 2 clerics.
He got my dragon to dangerously low HP, and then he kills it, and I kill his dragon too. Now it's Me: Scout, Knight, Stone. Him: 2 clerics, knight. I try my best to take shots at the back of his knight, and when I try to slice his knight with my knight he blocks 3 times from the side, being able to heal numerous times. He comes after my scout, kills it with 2 front hits, then he takes out my stonie. While he does that, I go after his 2 clerics and destroy them both after they heal him to 31 HP. Now it's knight vs. knight. I have to only hit his knight twice for the win. But here comes bad luck (as always...). He blocks 3 of my side hits (making 6 side blocks). I only hit him once, he has a 14 HP knight, I have a 16 HP knight. The next hit determines the fight. He comes up to the front of my knight, and hits it. He wins.
I would've been proud of this game if he didn't make stupid comments, such as 'go noob go'; 'no noob run', and so on.
But how does this make sense? A 1600 gold rushes a 1100 gold turtler and wins out of shear luck? Where is the skill? Did he cheat for his stats? Or just get lucky with his games?
I'm not impressed with Legends' golds anymore, I miss the ones with skill, like Wayfaerer, Waittz, ~~7~~, etc.
