I think the assasin should have the option to hurt itself to get down to HP below 5. It'd take 2 self-infliction attacks, and you wouldnt have to rely on your opponent ignorant attacks or relying on luck by attacking your own units from far.

It'd just make assasin more of a threat, and maybe golds would actually use them.

NOTE: btw..sorry this isnt a NEW unit suggestion, but I wouldnt know where changes to current units go...

Ummm ... no. Is it really that hard for you to hurt your own assassin. A kngiht hit from the back and a pyro blast, then she's there. Or 2 scout shots? It's not that hard to do. And why does the assassin need to be more of a threat. 90% of grays use the ass bomb as a cheap tactic already, setting up then hiding in wait.

The assasin is fine as it is, dont tweak what you dont understand (obviously)

It's pretty easy to get the assassin ready for the bomb. An L-ward hit, heal then knight hit will do it, or two scout hits will do it, a witch hit then pyro will do it, just to name a few. I'm okay with the way it is now.

I was just merely wondering why anybody would use a Lightning Ward, blast the Assassin, heal her, and then attack her with a Knight, therefore crippling your Lightning Ward as well as your Cleric, costing you 3 turns, just to get the Assassin under 5 HP.

Anywho, as for the original topic. It's not so hard to get the Assassin under 5 HP, as many others have pointed out.

Opposite side turtles, the other person isn't attacking, while you're killing time you can set up for this. I don't like the tactic, but it is a commonly-used one.
