why is it that a person on tao has to challange someone, be a no show and then start flameing the other person when they didn't show?
what if they had an exscuse that was real, but know-one beileved.
what if they were on vacation and couldn't play... and told the challenger the truth, then didn't beileve them?
then the person starts saying that they are a noob and then won't leave the other alone. then soon enough there is a huge argument about who is the noob and who isn't the noob. Then bam! instant enemies!
finnally, people are giving neg reps or positive reps and then their are red boxes or lots of green boxes and then one person is angry and the other is happy.

That people come here to play, and that the enitre concept of "honor" is made up so that certain people don't have to deal with their weaknesses?

Why is it that someone "on vacation" or "couldn't play" would COME to the TAO LOBBY in the first place?

the ONLY viable excuse to not play a game WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY LOGGED ONTO THE TAO LOBBY is a set game with someone else, or when you're taking care of business with someone else on TAO... clan matters? clan chat still works in battle... on vacation? why are you still here then?... gotta eat, or g2g soon? so you know you can't play, but you still come here?

ok its like this last summer = so manynewbs that think they know it all. it as them vs the veterans. i had been playing long enough but i was getting tired of all arguments such as the cheat he and i dfidnt get along.no one liked him either. we flamed eachother, it was so point less. bassically if we all live together and dont hate its good no more flaming . poitnless flaming i mean. fun flaming is sometimes cool as a joke but man moe hate the more poeple tear apart.

I was referring to the people using excuses like "I'm on vacation, so I can't play" or who sit in the lobby for hours on end and tell you they have to go when challenged, then sit there looming for another few hours.

Yes, i know sometimes you don't know when you might have to leave, or think you have to leave in the middle of a game, so you decline the challenge. But don't make up a lie about like... like "I can't, I have to do something", or "I can't, there are guests over"... because it's an OBVIOUSLY lie as you are in the lobby...

I have no problem with people genuinely not wanting to play someone for any reason... but i do have a problem when people lie and come up with excuses that contradict the fact taht they are in the lobby in the first place.

But then again, i also have a problem with people that say someone "sucks" or is "scared" simply from one declined challenge, and thus forcing others to make up these excuses. Yes, I know some people really are cowards and deserve to be called that, but I see the name calling way too often these days, and it's one of the reasons I'm not on as much as I used to be.

crx i totally agree with you in ever aspect, but once again there are exceptions.... prime example: i was at my grandparents last month and got on their comp, well just about all you can see on their comp is the golds talking in the lobby due to their screen being so dark and un fixable.... so if i choose to sit in the lobby and talk to a few people because i have nothing better to do am i at fault? (it was so dark you couldnt tell the difference between a scout and knight) ... dont ask how i figured out how to log on lol :cool:
