That's the old ranking system.

Buahahahaha! Ok, I'm done. That's pretty cool... I haven't seen screenies from the old rating system for a LONG time.

Best move they have made to try to limit cheating too.

i kinda liked having a ranking system that kept track of my wins and losses. Its too bad that they changed it 3 months after i started :sorry:

Incredibly subject to abuse. Beating a 750 n00b still counts as a win. You'd get the same effect as if you beat a 1500 ranked player. However, with the current system, you get rewarded for playing people at your level or above your own. With the old system, a person around 1,000 could end up having the highest rating. With the current, people lacking skill for the most part can't excel greatly. It's still open to abuse, but not as easily as the old one.

Shaman is a VERY oldschool Army player. Those type of stats ended in about the middle of January of 04.

It would be nice if we could type something like that just to check our battle record, even if it had no meaning.

Yeah, I saw that coming. Well, I had a long run in this thread, now to go someplace before I lose self-esteem.

And its things like this that make me feel like a veteran. I miss my undefeated record of 38-0-0 on my second reset :( .

I had a record of 127-3-0 back when they were using that scoring system.

Sweet, I only played during my 2nd period computer class, so I only got in about 40 games a month back then.
