To me that still qualifies as a cheap trick. Anything like that seems awefully like cheating to me... trying to get an easy win instead of playing the game for it.

i ahd a clan mate do one to me ... he used russian so he would type one letter and it would come out like another or he used the charactor map and typed bad words then i was like " thats not banned anymore" he's like "nope" and i swore and got kicked :-(

I doubt it, as players do cheap tricks like what your friend did all the time and rarely get banned. He did nothing wrong in asking them if they liked men, they could just as easily say "no" instead of "hell no, I'm not gay". I love proving people wrong.
