Although i'm not as skilled by taking time outta my day to read ever legal disclousres in TOS and government fraud investigations, I believe saying that the site is a scam is not endoursing the product to be distributed to other players, more of a warning. Considering some people are dumb enough to buy this sort of thing, I feel obligated and considerate to the tao people to warn them about a scam and not just blindly let FPS people who play on legends who might be ignoriant of the scam.

Which is also why I sent in an email last night making a complaint about this as well as emailing Seed about DIEAGO.

But your right Jeff, warning people does make me an accomplice, so to be save to everyone, I will remove the link.

and actually, alot of scams arn't illegal. I didn't look at this, however there are easy ways to scam people that arn't illegal. Still, paypal deals with them fairly quickly. Paypal suspended me for buying pot seeds, but I explained I was a stoner and they said alrighty.

What I am refering to is that everyone who clicks the link marksn this site as the "referred from" address going to his site. Since Paypal has already been notified of him a couple of times, if they do anything, it is better to not have a flood of links coming from here.
Legal hassles that are easily avoided are best avoided. Not to mention, if some nub here clicks it, and fills it out for real (and come on, you know some idjut will).

Thats true, but again, the warning is clearly typed and labled as "a scam", now it never says to endourse his payment options.

I really wish .tk would just be shut down. More phishing scams use it than just about anything.

You can go directly to the URL, and spam his site by submitting crap username and passes.

Also, remember to put your anti-virus on. It downloads a Trojan if ya don't.
