If people want units bad enough, they'll buy them. It shouldn't be as easy as clicking "buy" and making an unstoppable army, though. One idea: Use the AI engine from Tactics Core, it's pretty good. Make a new level with premade AI people. They all have different difficulty levels, and if you beat one of them you can get a unit. It should be fairly hard to beat them, so only the determined will get a unit. That way, more units would enter the system, but it wouldn't be as big a blast as if anyone with a few dollars or a credit card to build an army of ten witches or something like that. I must admit, though, that the randomized giving of units is kind of annoying. I don't know how they're distributed, but I haven't recieved any yet.

i think people should stop xomplaining about free acounts not getting a golem. there is a way, by being lucky enough with a unit drop.

you have to admit, it is a good idea.
they might do that, but each time it would be harder (about the level thing) even after you go though it once, to the point that eventually it would be impossible to get more units

If you want more units upgrade to a Gold Account.

Uuit by Unit sales will not happen as they would ruin the game balance.

is the AI suggestion feasible? If it was hard enoughed, it could be a way for hardened veterans to get what they've been needing to flesh out their armies.

because a lot of ppl still have free accounts

and if there is ever a gold server, freers will barely ever have to face golds

Gold units are still balanced, they are just different. You can have more units and still have a balanced game.
