Your subscription number is in the email sent to you every single month when you make your payment.
It is also available in your paypal, marked not only in the original creation of the subscription, but also every single payment.

and no, you don't need the number to cancle the subscription, just goto your paypal account, click the TAO transaction, and hit cancle.
