no, it's not.

Only about 1 in 20 of your challenges will be accepted... and usually the other guy makes up a bunch of rules because they don't want to deal with certain things in their form... it's not even tao anymore... simply a bunch of mini-games derived from the same set of units.

GL is definatly on the rise. It was getting really really bad the last couple of months but a lot of noobs are gone and it seems to be on its way back up. We just need more vets around to keep some order and less people that like to talk about how bad things are and don;t want to do anything to change things.
