I was in the process of replying (oh, it feels so good to destroy a bomb/rush with a turtle...I'm doing that a lot lately with the berserker in tow) when I got bounced.

I wasn't happy...he probably things I showed him mercy but he's NOT the type to say "thank you", I presume. I'll have to go and jump him again. :cool:

Well, you had an anti versus my turtle...it's VERY hard to beat a turtle with an anti formation...though for me it was a matter of "following the rules", I still had to make sure I "followed the rules" to beat you.

You won't get near the clan in Legends with that rating...as a grey there, we don't start looking until you're at 1300. Now I hear you have a grey over 1000 here in FPS and I'll test that.

CHRONICLES OF NARNIA was indeed hot. Fast paced...but so were the classic books the movie was based on. Special effects were 99% flawless(though it seems that NOBODY can get away with showing characters in front of a fake background without it looking like they're in front of a big movie screen).

And the party on Saturday night was everything it was supposed to be. :) The hostess is also the editor of my book, and I gave her the manuscript to start working. Now of course the nervousness as to whether she will like it or not begins....but that's how it is.

THIS weekend, I'll be gone in Manhattan hanging out with some Swiss friends who're coming all the way over to visit NYC for the first time...gotta be a tour guide. But until then...

Well, explain how I go an entire game with zero blocks while my opponent records 3 scout blocks, 2 of them side blocks, and multiple knight blocks not worth counting, and throw in the inevitable pyro front block. Keep in mind with my zero blocks I use: 3 knights, and a scout. none of my other units that game had blocking ability. This was a grey on legends that jumped me. The one pyro was his only non-melee attacking unit. So that means my knights and scout where hacked to death... again zero blocks. I don't have issue with the amount of blocks he got. I am used to seeing that many in any given game. Yeah, he was a grey, and yeah I won. This isn't a rant as much as it is that I've been playing this game for over 2 years now, and I still don't see how the blocking is supposed to be "even"?

That's because it's not. Blocking will never EVER been legit. I mean, i played a guy that had 3 effing berserker blocks (all side).

There's some sort of very rough pattern with opening hits that I've seen - or maybe it's just my limited experience. A scout takes a front shot on a knight, and about 50% of the time, it seems to hit if that knight hasn't yet moved, and it's still early (first 3 turns) in the game.

Also, again, maybe just me, but pyros often seem to block (front or side) the first ranged attack, but if the attack is melee, it seems to hit.

Then after that, everything just goes screwy and I can't find patterns anywhere. *shrug*

Thank god my FF playoffs don't start till next week. I had Chad Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Carson Palmer, Andre Johnson and Heath Miller combine for a whooping 15 points! Fantastic. I had already clinched 1st place in the playoffs, so I wasn't too bummed. Next week they better step it up. I did have Rudi Johnson and Shaun Alexander. My Bears D also got hammered.

To be honest, I think that you have some really creative formations that could be wielded so well, but then I think some of your formations aren't all that.

I have to deal with it, I live in Canada, it is really warm in the summer, really cold in the winter. It drops to -20 at nights, and in mid winter got to -30 in the day, I have to walk in it to get to school every week day, you get used to it, and people that say +1 is cold, you get used to it easy.

Summers in Mantioba start off great in July and early August, but for the past couple of years it seems to average only around 17 degrees +. Later October and Early November we get great weather :D.

I play there because there are better unit drops and no there arn't wipes. I had my account at 1550 and had unit drops like the frost and mud golems etc... But when I returned from not playing for a while I found that there were some new features added to the game and also that my account had been cleared. I'm assuming the "greys" were deleted the same time the new features were being added. Anyway now that I'm back and playing I decided I would make some changes also. The first one is that I have registered for the forums, and the second one is that I have decided that I will try to join netjak.com. I have always steered clear of clans because they were never a part of the game that I was interested in. But I have observed that netjak.com seems to be the most organized and successful clan. So I thought I would give it a try. I dont know how to go about this because netjak.com doesnt just throw invitations at you like alot of other clans. lol, well fair enough. I guess I'd consider myself socially liberal, fiscally conservative person, Either way McCain's a democrat in disguise anyway, and many of us college kids don't see voting for him over Hillary as a betrayal to our party.
