Well, that's a long story, but yes I did. There's this girl from my hometown that I've liked forever, and we finally had a date planned for Narnia. Anyway, things didn't work out, and I was pissed so saw King Kong with a few friends. After 3 hours, I was even more pissed off, due to the suckiness of the movie. Oy Vai, women. If only I could find a guy/girl who could throw a football and a tantrum, I'd be set.

I think we're in need in a completely new topic...so here goes nothing. It's Christmas time, and for all those Christians out there, I'd like to ask you to respond to this idea I've been trying to develope:
I feel that Santa Claus has a fairly negative religous impact on the young minds of children. For an 8 year old kid, I feel that they associate Santa and Jesus very closely. Both perform "magic" (or miracles) and both share the same day on which they are celebrated. Essentially, they are talked about in a very similiar context (the holiday season). Christian kids have faith that both Santa Claus and Jesus exist. Faith is the belief in something without first hand knowledge that it exists, and is an essential building block of Christianity. When kids learn that they have been lied to about Santa, I feel that they may feel that people lie to them about Jesus as well. Essentially what I'm getting at is I feel that making kids believe in Santa Claus might eventually leads them to disbelieve in Jesus. I've talked to a few people about this subject, and have gotten a few people who think they had this issue as a child.

I always had my doubts past the age of 5 but second grade maybe I just turned 8, I saw my mom carry this huge present out of her room, to christmas tree(well thats where it was when I woke up) so in the morining the first thing I did was look to see who that gift was from, and well dammit, it was from Santa.

No but really, since my brother and sister were 13 and 15 when I started to understand the whole Santa deal, I think I went through one day where my brother told me Santa wasn't real, then I cried to my parents, then I found a gift in the closet, then I didn't care anymore :p .

I had found out Santa wasn't real before I fully understood the Bible, so it never really shook me. Plus, I've always had this cool, FREAKING LEVEL HEAD on me, so it wasn't too difficult for me to see the innocent fun in the Santa story and yet still have faith in the Bible.

Has the message gotten lost? Perhaps. Everyone, parents, kids, seems to be more and more commercial. Christmas is still the birth of Jesus, but few people remember that. I can't condemn - I'm one of the millions who doesn't go to church on Christmas day.

But - has the message gotten lost? It depends, I suppose. Giving to others so that they may be happy - that's a pretty decent message. Of course, some people take it too far - but some people take the religion thing too far as well.

Whatever you personally believe, the messages of love, family and giving are usually there.

oh cmon 12, i wouldn't think of all people you would be complaining about the ga, i know you are skilled enough to beat it lol. you just have to use it or not and know what it can do.

I'm not complaining. Bottom line is that there is a strategy in this game that cannot be stopped. The only way to avoid it is to stop using a certain strategy that it applies to.

In any good game, there should NEVER be a strategy that is unstoppable.

The "Shield Mate" would be the perfect counter for the GA.
