Guys, you'll have to accept that this is going here. This seems the most controversial place to post it, but I hope you see my reasoning, and I hope you support whatever may happen, for the betterment of the community.
I have pmed Sergiy about recent events with possible solutions and the promise of my support in the event that he needs it. I believe that in order for sergiy to attempt to remedy this situation, we must show that we are willing to forgive and forget. I feel that Sergiy made a mistake, yes - but no one is perfect. And this community did everything BUT help the situation. How do we expect things to change if we are not willing to help? I am terribly saddened by Twelve's departure from these forums, and I strongly believe that he would not return, along with several other recent departures, even in the event that he is unbanned. But that does not mean the situation cannot improve. I have begged sergiy to cooperate, now I beg the rest of the community to do the same. Those of you who refuse are no better than the people you claim to be revolting against. Stop this nonsenese now, and we will get through this together. I put my faith soundly in both the administration's ability and the community's ability to cooperate and compromise.
Everyone should see this. And cooperate when needed.

I respect your desire to have this all go away. Because that is, in a nutshell, what your post is all about.
A lot of people want this situation to go away. It probably will, eventually, but asking for "cooperation" from both sides is really just something to say. It's a nice way to ask everyone to drop it. I'm sure the admins will be happy to do that, because it seems they already have.
So you're basically asking everyone opposed to the action to drop it. Then it really will go away. What do you mean when you said you "begged" sergiy to cooperate? He's already stated that he believs his actions were justified, and I don't think he's said a word on the issue since. Sergiy doesn't have to cooperate, KB. He doesn't have to do or say anything else on the matter. He almost certainly won't reply to your PM, and probably won't address this issue again.
If those of us who feel this banning was truly wrong just completely stopped talking about it, then it would all be over. The people defending the banning would have nothing more to argue about, and the admins would continue doing what they do.
So, though your post was well written, I think what you're actually asking is much more simple than what you wrote. You want US to stop talking about it.

Well, we used to have this very large recruiting plan and such, but I dont know if that really exists anymore.

Find someone who's been in netjak a while (IE: Myself, Swiftness, Lord Shinok), or play a netjak leader (W-Mac, ExpectDeath, Geeky_Bastard). Depending on which server, there will be different people to play. Bottle, for instance, only plays on legends.

Vision your such a good player. You have a lot of skill man. If I could i'd learn from you because right now I can't win a single game as grey or gold. Sure I use too be a awsome grey that got pretty high stats but that doesnt mean anything. Stats dont mean anything, its how you play and how you use the units and if you use them correctly you'll be a good player. Like you, Mitosis taught you the basics and look where you are now.
