I can't remember the last time I even got up to a jog. I refuse to run, it goes against everything I stand for. It also dosen't help that I have been 250+ since my junior year in high school. My mile was around 7:45 when I weighed 265. I prefer to swim, I actually feel more comfortable in the water than on land. Try swimming 100 yards in under a minute.
