Jeffery---All of the honor and props to you in the world, good man. I was so happy to be able to give you overall lead of the clan while I was away this past Spring, and so happy that you helped to maintain the clan, rather than break under pressure and want to bring it under.

I quickly learned to admire you when I read your posts. I admired your positions and stands on things, and when you first joined Netjak, I felt so much richer.

A clan must have a few core values to survive; but only a few. If you have more than a few, you become controlling. But this allows the clan to change its face yet still remain on top. Please understand that I will never allow the clan to lose it's core values. So while you may feel uncomfortable about whatever you may see, rest assured that these few core values will still be intact.

I will always see you as friend and please make sure that you don't stray far.

A clan with proper discipline will relieve itself of n00bs automatically. A lot of clan leaders waste time trying to do "witch-hunts" and the like...good discipline weeds out n00bs/noobs/nubs/nooblets all by itself with time.
