Life is odd.

Broke my microwave.
Got my bank account hacked.
Got hit by a car.

In the "Life is Odd" theme of discussion, let me recount my night at work last night.

First, it was my day off. But yet I ended up working a 35 hour shift. (don;t ask where the extra 14 hours come from, you don;t want to know)

Well, last night I got a call to pick someone up (well duh)and take them home. So I got the gorl into the cab. She was EXTREMELY drunk, and quite a bit belligerant/amorous. Again, how does a girl turn into a mean/horny girl is beyond me..... (btw, think flat chested homely hippie chick)

So I am driving down the rode, and she starts molesting me. SERIOUSLY. She keeps trying to get into my lap, and gropes me repeatedly, while I am trying to drive.

Belligerant drunk asshole frat boys I can deal with. This was beyond me. So I pulled over into the nearest parking lot, and called the police to come fetch yon drunk maiden. Which they do. Thankfully.

But wait, there's more! As I said, I was working a triple shift. So todday, right about noonish, I get a call from the regional jail (we get them quite often to pick people up and take them home). Except that this time they are calling for me to pick up the girl I had called the police and had arrested!!!!
I politely declined to go get her, since belligerant drunks often can be belligerant sober people too. Well, about 45 minutes later I get a call from someone saying they think they left their shoes and keys in my van last night......
And it was THE SAME GIRL.

So I agree with Twelve here. Life IS off.

Sheesh...less honorable men would have taken FULL advantage of that, let me tell you. And probably ended up with some kind of disease too, and a phone call the next day from the authorities saying that the woman filed a rape charge on you. You did the right thing...that's nuts.

You know, a lot of men think that having a woman come onto you like that is great. Well, it's only great if you know the woman. If you don't know her, that mess is SCARY.
