C'mon now 12, it's great fun having verbal battles with NJers. This forum has two things, and only two things, spam and arguments. When you get sick of one, you lean towards the other. And when you're set on arguing with someone, why not do it with some intelligent people? (Is that a compliment? No, it can't be)

I know he is well respected amongst TAO and netjak itself, but, one problem.

He has been in the clan, what, 4-5 months now and already a netjak leader. It does seem a little weird to me how this can happen when most of the other leaders have been in the clan 1 year plus prior to promotion.

My point is, he was considering joining AL before his promotion (he did tell me he would stay in netjak anyway) and I think netjak knew about this. Now I think that netjak was worried about losing him perhaps, therefore he was promoted to leader to basically bribe him into staying in netjak, for whatever reason, I do not know.

To put it bluntly, I myself would like to question the integrity of this decision.

Nobody is made to be a leader in Netjak without good reason. Magician is a leader because he deserves it, simply enough. He has gained the respect of other leaders like few others have, short time or long. Anybody who is worthy of leadership on the clan eventually gets it, but it's the other leaders who have the final say. The most important say in this matter was from Zeus, GL leader andanother adult in the clan who's word I've always trusted.

As for rumors and other reports about "bribery"...don't you know who I am? Do you think I would EVER do something like that? Come now.

So on Halloween I went bush jumping. Shirtless bush jumping. Into freezing cold bushes. Stupidest thing I've ever done. So anyway, I jump off my friends car into this huge pine tree. I thought it was a little one so I could land into this big pile of leaves that was on the other side of it. It turned out that this was no pile of leaves just a bunch of squirrels. The tree wasn't as small as I thought either. I ended up landing on my nutsack, getting an ass-full of pine cones. I also managed to get my ankle swollen to about the size of an oversized orange. Anyway, After that I went trick-or-treating with my girlfriend and a couple of her friends and mine and ended up getting a face full of shaving cream from my girlfriend. I got her back, but with whipped cream. :p *licks*

Anywho, Just my Halloween story. And I have chapped lips, which also suck.

Just popping in to see if netjak standards have slipped at all...maybe this guy took me for granted because of the "cuddly" name I used or because I was only a 776 grey...but I expected more from a 1200+ grey netjak.

Ah well. At least he didn't swear at me afterwards like the SI's or KOTR's have been doing.

Anyways, a good lesson not judge an opponent by his stats or name...otherwise you might get flawlessed. (maaaybe if he kept going he could have taken a single magic unit, but if I decided to be slow and methodical, I do not think he would have gotten one). My units are all full (except back row pyro at 18) and his front 2 knights are in their low 20's / high 'teens.
