Last year in the tourney they only lost by 6 to Texas, and were leading with 6 minutes to go. They have a better team this year, having lost only one starter from last years squad.

They also have the person with the most active career steals, 293 I beleieve it is currently.

here in north carolina. i'm home right now for the weekend but my camp is up there good old jax. basicly jax has 4 camps up there. camp lejeune, camp johnson, camp gieger and new river air station. camp lejeune is where the 2nd marine division and and 2nd mlg is at. camp johnson is basicly the training grounds for both navy and marine corp. it is the combat service and surrport training. basicly core man, admin, landing surrport, and other fields that surrport the grunts. camp gieger is soi. new river air station is the marine and navy air station. i'm at camp johnson for this gay water school. it is mainly for the grunts to teach them how to live in water.

4000 posts to date Netjak.

I have been posting in this thread every 1000 posts for the last 2000 (if that makes sense).

I wanted to thank all of you who have kept me on here and kept a warm vibe through the forum and game. You truly make it fun.

This year has been a bad start. It seems I have lost contact with my NJ players and TAO players around. You guys are like my family (ol) and is always a pleasure talking to one another.

This past month I degolded Merdoc. I have a job but haven't been on enough to play it. For some reason, it got wiped, with out a wipe happening. Now it is time to start new again.

I hope to be active in the coming months with summer on its way. I do have a job at a restaurant though, so I will prob be swarmed.

I will be graduating in 1 year. I am currently in grade 11 and my marks have been in the 80's-90 percent range. I don't understand why, maybe because I am becoming more mature, and looking at the bigger picture.

I am moving out of my house at that point. I have already found a place I want to stay. Not to far from my work, has a balcony, and is close to the stores. It is $800 a month, but its 2 rooms, so I need some one to help contribute.

I currently am managing a business called XieServ. It sells Gaming servers, Voice servers, and Web Hosting. I encourage all to contribute and help me out.

I was thinking about calling it quits at 4k. But I thought to myself, these forums are better that this, and I want to keep posting and contributing. So I will be here posting away, and if anyone hasn't talked to me in a while, send me a PM and we can chat, or AIM/MSN me.

Well a rare visit only to say see you around to someone who seems to have become a big part of my family. Geeks sir I will miss you quite a bit but I have faith you will swing by the netcave once in awhile to say SUP to all of us.
It seems the longer I hang around the more people I have to witness leave but then again it is a chance to meet even more new people. Who knows who the next Geeky will turn out to be although we will always have our Geeky and noone can replace you sir out of the ashes a new warrior with great skillz will arise and assume the mantle of netjak leadership. I only hope they can do as good a job as a person as you have sir.

It is a new era in netjak and the old days seem to have passed to never return. I look around somedays in the netcave2.0 and miss the original Netjak.com site. Alot of familar faces running round that place and when you needed a break you could go on the regular boards and start bothering all the gamers. Search is still around but it is just not like the old days listening to Alpine Star and Knowledge make out in clan chat.
Hugh sir you should bring back the "Porkchop Express" just for nostalgic purposes.

I myself have seen so many new faces come and go and old faces to leave the game enitrely that it is sometimes depressing when you look at the list of members.

I felt that way when I came back to tao and netjak after my long break following Katrina. Nomar brought me into netjak and though its not the same people anymore, its still netjak. Just like any clan its what you make of it. For me netjak is just as fun now as it was back then, yeah I miss the old guys but whats the point of whining and crying about it? You cant enjoy something if you keep comparing it to something from the past because it will never hold up. If you dont agree with something do your best to change it, if you think the clan and family will be better with your way of thinking...do your best to make it happen. "Cut and running" because of disagreements or a few people leaving doesnt show much concern for the clan anyway.

The best part about netjak is it's a constant. There are and always will be cool people to hang around and talk with. Lots leave but with new recruits you get more cool people to chat with.

I've also noticed over the years that netjakkers can't stay away for long. People may take their breaks but it makes it all the better when a guy like crx starts signing back on again. I'm sure guys like geeky bastard or twelve will be back again and it will be awesome to see them around. Then again some people never come back, at least not yet :D

Well sir as you say loyalty to the clan is the name not the people. However some of us talk alot with certain people and there are a few members of the original crew that helped me out alot over the last few years just getting threw stuff I could not talk to my parents about. OMK always seem to be able to help me see my parents point of view and understand it and Nomar, Ducki and Hugh always seemed to be able to help me realize that it was not quite the end of the world and that there would be many more depressing days to come but there would always be a day that would make those seem like nothing.
So you see to some people loyalty also lies with friends more than just a name.

My loyalty is still to netjak, but in a different view. I will always be a loyal member/friend to the clan, but I grew up in a totally different netjak with a very close family around me. I am more loyal to those who have taugh and helped me through the years than just a name. The name represents something I will always want to be apart of, but family before friends.

Well now i understand why so many people hate Deepsea. I was in Team Force and it was a decent clan. You cannot just throw it all away because you are welcomed back to another clan, even though its Netjak.com If you create a clan, stick to it. :mad:

Well now i understand why so many people hate Deepsea. I was in Team Force and it was a decent clan. You cannot just throw it all away because you are welcomed back to another clan, even though its Netjak.com If you create a clan, stick to it. :mad: :rolleyes:

There have been many clans created by one person than ran by another. As long as he left the lead with someone else I do not really see anything wrong with that. If it was a grey account he left it with however he should at least show the decency to hold it at the end of the months and give it back after the wipes are done.
