Permaban, however, is more like permafrost. Sure, it's rock hard. But hardly unbreakable.

Permaban around here and other places don't mean a ban that will last forever, simply a ban without a definite ending date. Just because there is no set time for the ban to be over doesn't mean the ban won't end if the person waits an appropriate amount of time, and offers the appropriate apologies to those in charge.

Yo, Ed, something about H3 I didn't know until like 2 days ago. If you have a doubles partner who has -100+ exp, you go up twice as fast. The game thinks that he/she sucks, so they rank you up faster thinking you have to carry that player. I have a friend who played with a guy with -351 exp and he got to 50 in like 16 doubles game. He ranked up literally by 3 to 5 skill every time.
