Spirit swordsman

HP: 35
Attack: 15
armor 5
BLocking: 90% on all sides but back 45 on its back (idea is to use magic on him)
movement range: 3
attacks: all joining tiles,(like a knight)
recovery: 1
appearence: ghostly soldier glows in the team color carries a sword
when it blocks swords go right through him

special abilities: can go through units




Spirit Bowman

HP:35
Attack: 15- 18
armor 5
blocking 90 on all sides but back, back is 45 (idea is to use magic)
movement range: 2-4
attacks: like a dark magic witch
recovery 2
apearnce much like a spirit swordsman only with a bow
when it blocks the sword/ arrow goes right through him,
when it atacks it fired a ghostlt arrow that peices through all units in an attack range of 5, unblockable

this unit can also move through units like a spirit swordsman




Spirit magician
hp: 27-33
attack: 22
armor 5
blocking, like the other two, 90 on all sides 45 on back
movement range 2-3
attack range 3
attacks pick one unit to do a similar attack as a dark magic witch on by a dark force that comes up from the ground, only one unit

can move through units like the others
apearence a ghostly cleric whith a pyro's staff




spirit healer

hp 25
attack: heals by 15
blocking 80 front and sides 40 on back
armor 5
movement range 3-4
healing range 1
attacks when standing by a friendly unit it thrusts its fists into the unit and heals it
recovery 2-3
appearence ghoslty looking unit wears a hooded cloak



spirit ward

hp 50
attack range: 2-4
blocking 100 %
attack: transphorms unit into a spirit looing charecter, adds 1 to the units recovery time and subtracts 5 from units attack, armor, and eliminates units blocking, ( except other wards)

unblockable

recovery 5-6
looks like a rook with a king on top referring to chess, it sends a whisp of spirit like smoke to unit





pleese send me some feedback, theese are some of my first units

oh and if anybody has anymore spirit ideas pleeas feel free to post , they could make a whole category of "dead" . "immortal", or "spirit" units

if you lowerd their health, it might be considered.

awesome idea very original but lets get another beast unit before these. u may want to lower there blocking to:)

THe reason there blocking is high is because it would be easier to kill with magic instead of phisical, because killing a ghost with a sword is a little harder than using magic

I've edited the Hp a little subtracted 5 from a bunch of unts and like 10 from the ward

in reguard to line of sight... if one of these units was in the way of a shot and he "blocked", would the arrow continue to the unit you targeted behind him?

good question, and i think that if a spirit catagory was created it should just pass through the spirit units,(except the ward) they might have to do a little editing in the game for that to work though

new spirit unit


Spirit Sheildsman or phlanx

HP: 30
BLoocking 90 on front and sides 45 on back (use magic on it)
armor 20%
power 10
recovery 3
movement 2

weilds a huge sheild, like the knight and carrieas a long lance
Like beast rider ppeirces 2 in a row that are adjacent
mainly used for defence

when it blocks it uses the sheild, unlike the others where attacks go through them


Spirit sumoner

HP: 20
blocking 80 on front and sides 40 on back (use magic to kill it)
armor 5%
power combined equals 20
attack: while focusing summons two spirit fighters
recovery 5
movement 2
attack range on any side of him

looks like a ghostly pyro with a clerics book,( the book of the dead) and it brings forth the creatures on his left and right sides


here are the stats for spirit fighters
Hp: 10
blocking 30 on front 15 on sides 0 on back
armor 1
power 10
recovery 2
movement 2
attack range like a knight

looks like a skeleton who really punches, thats about it, u can have it wear ripped shirts of your color and maby a helmet, carries assasins knives if possible


Spirit Rager


HP: 25
blocking 50 on front and sides 25 on back
armor 10
power 15
recovery 3
movement 4
attacks- like an assasin


carries a long sword and spins around



if anyone has any spirirt ideas post them here!

is it's attack focus? if it's not, how many can be out at a time? If it's focus what happens to the ones out already if you recast it? Do they go away? Do they stay where they are, or do 2 new ones appear? What happens if the spaces where the units would be cast are occupied? Just looking for clarification before criticism begins.

yes its attack is focusing
only 2 can be out per summoner
when they go away once focus is lost or if their killed
if the spaces are ocupied then i guess the summoning would go to the front and back or in some sort of L shape, if all spaces are ocupied the summon is pointless

Spirit Mauler

HP: 30
Attack: 24
blocking: 50 on all sides 25 on back
armor 0
movement 5
attach range opposite adjacent tiles
recovery 3

the range is like an assasin only you have to pick 2 opposite tiles of the choises, Front and back or Left and right

Carries a doubble sided spear or lance and attacks the two opposite sides of it, ghosly looking




Spirit Demon

hp: 50
attack 34
blocking 50 on front 25 on sides
armor o
movement 5 Teleport
attack range 3
like a draggon is how it attacks, but it fires 2 seprate projectiles of 17 damage each, after you attack with the first, you can attack with the second in the same or diffrent direction, this is blockable

takes up 2 units on feild
recovery 3

Looks Ghostly looking man with large wings, has spiked armor, fires fireballs with his hands

both of those are too weak. i'd never use a mauler over an assassin look at it. it has lower attack. a worse attack pattern, high recovery lower health and lower movement. it's a no brainer. and i'd never use a demon either. count it as one unit or up the power a lot

Okay ive edited their stats , now the demon is more powerful and i thaghut the mauler was already powerful with a 48 damage potential so i edited him a little bit

you didn't fix the individual attack powers. it says attack of 33 but it shoots 2 12 power blasts? interesting indeed.
Also make the spirit demon sound more malevolent and less repetitive. when i hear demon i for one think red dead ghost like thing with horns on its head. i would use the mauler now. does the demon have 25% on its back too like the other spirit units?

there should be like a mimic ghost that could take on the points of one of your opponents pices

or a pice that could like go into another unit and self-distruct killing both of them

Spirit Mimic

HP: 24
Attack, Variable

attack okay this unit copies an attack off of another unit witthin its attack range of 3 and it uses its attack it will not wordk on wards or healing units, it transforms into a ghostly lookin unit to do that attack and turns back into its original form when done
recovery 2-4
movement 2-3


SPirit Poseser ( i dont now how to spell it)

Hp: 25
attack 5-10
recovery 2
attack range 0
attack: it goes into a unit and focuses,and attacks doing a random damage from 5 to 10 it stayes inside that unit until tyhe unit is either killed or moves, at the end of your turn is when it does its damage,

movement 3

stratagies : after a cleric atacks this unit can stay inside the cleric as it recovers
and can do some pretty good damage.

well with the thought of invincible: good 4 u if u kill all ur opponents magic users
this idea is also witht the wards and knights> practically unkillable if u dont have magic
i like most o fthe ideas, and the attack pattern of front/back is a good idea(at least in my opinion)
that summoner dude has been dealt on a lot by ppl. just the idea of summoning is common
i like the walk through, but thats kind of like teleportation if u think

so the posseser would deal damage every time it fully recovers (2-4) as long as it is inside the other unit?

AS the posseser recovers it deals damage at the end of the turn, as long as its in its unit it deals damage, Recovering or not
