i dont think they will make it without both offense and defense coordinators..... plus the loss of ty law is big

Naw, Ty Law is aging, and is recovering from injuries. Patriots did the right thing by releasing him, and making room in their salary cap.

I'm a Tennessee Homer, so I'm a big fan of the Titans. Last year they were plagued with injuries, and over the summer lost a lot of big names due to the cap. They'll have a losing year again, and will get off to a rough start(They have to play Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Indianapolis, and St. Louis in their first 4 games). The Texans are becoming an offense that deserves attention, and the Jags were almost Wild Card contenders in '04. There's also a guy named Peyton Manning they'll have to face twice...maybe you've heard of him?

Being a young team, and having to over-come a possible 0-4 start will be too hard, especially with the talented teams they'll have to play.

I predict a 4-12 season, unfortunately.

True the defensive coordinator is a big factor, but Belicek (sp) was calling most of the offense, so we should do well there. As for Ty Law being gone? No factor, he was injured for most of last season. The new rules have made that position pretty much obsolete anyway. Or at least the way he played it. Don't get me wrong, he was good but not indespensible.

Well, packers are gona have to kick ass this year or there gona be done for a few years, there losing farve after this year, and that is going to hurt them alot, I also expect green to leave after this year, he is getting a little old. But KC will be good this year, they have older players witch ='s slower players, but also means there is alot of experince on there team, being led by trent green, I think there going to have a good season. I think that pats are gona have a rude awakining this year, they lost there MLB and CB on D, they also lost a few linemen. And they players that are replacing them are not going to due. They will prolly have a decent season but I dont see them doing to good. Now the vikings have a superbowl team. They have a defence that is rock hard, a offence lead by cullpeper and a good coach. Even though there my teams rivil I think there gona have a good season. Now, I would watch the lions, I saw there draft picks, and in the next 3 years I think they are going to be the next team to fear. anyway just my 5 cents

hoot, before you open your mouth again, dont assume anything. obvious he took steriods? you gotta be kidding me. the man has been an athlete since highschool, and even before. even with 'roids, you can't get that big in just one year. and his stroke did sideline him for the season. in his own admission he said that he doesnt feel 100% to play this season, so he is going to sit it out, get bigger (no 'roids you jackass), stronger and faster, and come back better than ever in the '06-'07 season. am i saying that it isnt a loss, no. it is always a huge loss when you lose a potential hall-of-famer for any reason. however as far as leadership is concerned, the patriots organization has done a great job of hiring nothing BUT leaders. every man on that team has the capability of being the 'captain' of their squad. my view of the pat's is like most people's view of the red sox. if there is any group of knuckleheads that can do it, they can. my opinion, pat's three-peat, win 4 rings in five years, become the new-age dynasty.

oh, and to re-iterate, law was and is a great player, but he did miss a LOT of last season and didn't do anything major to contribute to the championship season.

i'm asking this because when i was young, i thought that the rocket was the best thing ever. i idolized him. i even saved up as much money as i could so i could buy a baseball card for my sister to take back to college (she went to harvard) with her so that she might get the rocket's signature, and she did. but, once he left the sox, i was heartbroken. he WAS mr. redsox... then he joined the evil empire.... i couldn't ever look at him with the same eyes again. how did you feel about that whole situation? also, how did you feel when pedro took off too?

NEW ENGLAND PATS SUCK

I hate Tom Brady. I will say it now NEW ENGLAND WILL NOT, I REPEAT, WILL NOT MAKE THE SUPERBOWL.

Neither will Philly. The whole TO situtation has made for Philly to lose its focus. With a poor season, TO will get his new contact by season's end. I expect a drop off in the Vikings, Charges, and Seahawks. On paper the Lions are deadly but they are still too young. Arizona could be a upset team along with Oakland. The packers are done. The Pitt is still a question mark. They are still good but will they be good as last year? Who knows. The Falcons could make the Superbowl this year. I hope they do. These are my hopes.

But if you look at it on paper, noting really has changed it's still going to be either Philly vs Falcons or New England vs Pitt. No major chages have happened to upset this balance. But I do think this could be the year that the Colts finally beat the hated Pats. I would love to see a Colts vs Falcons Superbowl.

Being from Ohio, I hope the Browns will do better but I don't have very high hopes. The Bengals will make the playoffs as a wild-card with a 9-7 record.

That's all I have to say for now. I'm tried of all these crapp preseason "games." When will the REAL players be allowed to play?

Lets repeat this for anyone who doesn't understand. Pats- 3 superbowls in 4 years. Now lets also look at the Celtics being the best team in the NE, and the Redsox coming back from 3-0 to win the WS and the sport most of you forget, soccer, the NE Revs where undefeated for the start of the season, 8-0-5. Boston teams just have more heart than other teams, thats why I think we will win. It doesnt always take the best players to win, like Real Madrid, but sometimes it takes more heart, like FCB. Favre doesn't need to retire. He's still a great quarterback, and a future hall-of-famer. The Packers won't have a great season, but it will be because of their defense, not Brett.

And whoever said the Bengals will go to the Play-Offs needs to become a comedian. Cincinatti's schedule is rough. They have to play the Steelers and the Ravens twice, they have to play Kansas City and Detriot on the road, and not to mention the Colts and Vikings will be tough to beat, even if Cincinatti's at home. They won't have a horrible year, but they shouldn't get into the Play-Offs.

I don't really dislike the Patriots, but I don't like them either. They're just not fun to watch. I know every Boston fan had an orgasm when the Pats won their 3rd title in a row, but they're just not my cup of tea.

3rd Quarter: fall asleep and game gets closer

4th Quarter: Loose lead, get back the ball with under 2:00 left. Win with a field goal with 3 seconds left.

Wow that's fun to watch.

Yeah it was really close, the Patriots 4th string just couldn't keep the lead from the Saints first string. LOLOLOL Pahleeze pre-season means squat.

meh, Im going with colts

If Payton Manning ever gets a strong team behind him, then the colts will be hard to beat. They were almost there last year.
