Ok, enchantress24 and CokeHead are officially idiots. On Rev they thought that Scotland makes part of Britian.

Let me explain.

Just because it is joined at land, does not mean it is part of it. France is joined at the land to Germany, but does Germany make part of France? HELL NO IT DOESN'T!

Also, England (Britain), Scotland, And Ireland all makes the UNITED KINGDOM. Allow me to explain what united means.

Well lets turn the timeframe back a bit, Scotland after William Wallace was A Soverign Country, however due to the monarchy in the early 16 century, Britan became the principal leadership over the country, but by then the dark ages and middle ages were over so no biggy.

Ireland has always wanted to be independent, but then again the church has had it's hand over the country spliting it into 2 factions.

As for the UK, well there money is good in both Ireland and Scotland, but Scotland and Ireland currency isn't the main thing of trade in Britan, so I guess when you put all things together, there seperate :p.

Realist is right. England is England. Scotland is Scotland. The United Kingdom is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Great Britain (notice the spelling, Jon, if you're going to make a thread like this) consists of all 4 countries in the UK and also Ireland (Eire).
