WANTED: Dead or Alive: Jeffery and his clowns!

First let me start off by saying this thread is merely a guess at what Jeffery and his clowns' crimes are. I'll confirm this with Jeff if he isn't busy. Secondly, by stating that this is a 'guess', it means that probably many statements of mine are untrue. So don't be offended, and step into the world of 'Tutu Crime-fighters'.

This clown is the first to appear in Jeffery's avatar (see picture). Therefore, TC (Tutu Crime-fighters - Sorry for the resemblance to your name, The Cheat) have gathered that Jeffery is the first clown to appear in his avatar. His fiendish face is etched with laughter as he watches his clowns perform more terrible acts.

Jeffery is the ringleader of his clowns. He has befriended them and in turn, they have helped him in his quest for power and respect. His current main crime is raising a young growing army of clowns (four of them, named Greg, George, Fred and Frank), and half-clowns (by the name of Gwen). They have inflicted terror upon the community, and the four clowns have already worked together by recruiting one more (innocent) into their ranks (Gwen).

Fred is the second clown to appear on his master's avatar. He has a huge grin of pure malevolence that clearly states "mess with me and I'll kick the living daylight out of you". He seems to be wearing a small hat where he hides sardines ("Better be careful. Fred likes sardines. He might take a shine to you." - Originally posted by Jeffery) that give him an extra boost in his power.

Fred is the co-leader when Jeffery is sick or is absent from the clown's repetitive attacks. Fred is the leader of attacks done by him, George and Greg. Some of his attacks are:

"*Frank and Fred dump a bushel of Trouts onto Ryan56's head*" - Posted by Jeffery.

"*George, Frank and Fred run into the thread, and begin slapping random people with trouts*"- Posted by Jeffery.

As we can see, Fred is a very violent clown. He has been known to attack his own master, and his clowns have trouble refraining him from more violence than needed:

"derF is Fred spelled backwards.

And he hates me. All he does is bite me and whip me with his tail. I wake up at night and he is there staring at me, plotting my death. I will post a photo of him this weekend sometime." - Posted by Jeffery.

"I'll have you know that Fred is a very helpful clown. The rest try and keep him down, but he slips out a lot." - Posted by Jeffery.

. . . . And his master uses him as threats:

"Thats not a Neggable offense.
Although, Fred will be by to take one eyeball while you sleep......" -Posted by Jeffery.

Even though Fred is an excellent executive of his master, Jeffery has been angry for the fact that Fred cannot operate in silence. This causes others to know of Jeffery's attacks:

"Dangit, Fred wasn;t supposed to actually say anything. I will have to tell him what "covert" means again." - Posted by Jeffery.

George is the third clown to appear on Jeffery's avatar. His face is stained with blood, because he move so quickly for the kill. Notice how there seems to be two of George's face in Jeffery's avatar. This is taken from a victim's point of view. The victim seems to see two George's rushing in, for the fact that George is as quick as a soap rolled into oil. George is Fred's Lieutenant in battle. Here are some attacks made by George:

Jeffery seems to favour George a lot, seeing how Jeffery has kept his identity secret:

Greg has many cuts on his face, but his eyes are blood red. Greg seems to be a secret agent, for the fact that he has to keep awake to spy (which explains the red eyes), and the cuts he has received against sentries who have spotted Greg. We have little/no evidence that he has performed crimes. But since he was added into Jeffery's avatar, we conclude he must be a convert operator and a spy for Jeffery. We believe that he was involved in the drugging of InsiGnifigant, by passing information of his location to Jeffery.

Frank: WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE: $30,000 reward! (http://img370.imageshack.us/my.php?image=jefferyclown59gw.png)
Frank performs, not by spying or by brute strength, but by drugging. He has the widest grin of all the clowns, which means that sometimes, he drugs himself to go 'high'. Frank has a brilliant mind, which devises potions and drugs that work in evil ways. Frank is wanted for his crimes of drugging the victims of Fred, George and Greg, so that they don't remember the attack, and won't report it to TC. Frank's worst crime is drugging InsiGnificant and making InsiGnificant have a child (called Gwen). Here is some evidence that suggests Frank is the druggie and has made InsiG have Gwen:

I saw a clown Saturday. I am scared of clowns. I saw him and all I could think was that he was like some sort of crazy transvestite. But some clowns are cute,though rare,like Gwen is cute. Fred freaks me out.
