Okay, this is mainly used for turtles but can be used in other setups as well.
STATISTICS:
Health: 60
Power: 35
Armor: 10
Movement: 0
Blocking: 100% from all sides
Recovery: 3
ATTACK: CANNONBALL
The cannonball will go until it hits a unit or a wall, the cannonball may be blocked.
-You may switch directions of the cannon but it takes 1 turn because your turn ends when you change directions.

No, just no. I don't think I have to say why.
Smiley, please take some time to read the Gold and Platinum units. Maybe even read through some of the units that have been flamed to seee what not to do. Then you might have a better grasp of a how to create a unit.
This unit is a no. Not becuase it is oever or underpowered, but becuase it is useless and would add nothing to the experience of a TAO gamer. Not to mention that you have not explained the attak pattern of the cannon. Is it only 4 directions? If not, then how does the attack work in relationship to certain diagonal squares? Does it have unlimited range?
All in all, a poorly designed an poorly explained unit.

You'd get an "A" for effort, though! I've never seen someone come out with so many units in such a short time (though from what I've heard of Walrus, you might not be that impressive to everyone else). You might seriously consider just taking a day or so each unit and thinking through what it would be like in game. Try putting your "Cannon Shooter" in the place of any unit in your formation and thinking a game through with it. You would probably find that Legacy is right. Like he said, it would also be a good idea to look at previously posted unit, as well.

Out of all my units this is my average grade:
Effort: A-Everyone says that: "You get an A for Effort" :)
Creativity: B-2 times people have said A for creativity :)
Thought-out: C-unbalanced :(
The all around unit: D-None seem to be good enough for TAO :(
I can't think of anything else to do. :(

This is your entire description. This is one of the most basic ideas I have ever seen. There is little creativity OR effort in this unit. You have not even included a decent review of tactics.
Try coming up with something no one has done before. Or take an idea that has been done, make it better, and EXPLAIN why your version is so much better.
If you look at the units that have been certified gold or platinum you will see what I mean, and why your units have had such a cold reception.

I don't know how many times someone may have said this too you but there seems to be no detail in any of your units. You have created 11 units. Of those 11, only 2 were long enough so that I had to actually scroll down to see the entire post. It's also hard to give some one a long winded explination for their unit, when they don't seem to put much effort into them.
This unit for example, I see no purpose. A 35 powered blockable attack that can be fired in a straight line with no range or movement.
