I have been on this site for a month or so and have enjoyed this game and most of the players on here. My username and or password is suddenly invalid?? I have been nothing but nice to other players, helping new people, and not ever having been nasty to anyone. Even the jerks!
What has happend to my account? I would start a new one but I have won 3 assassins and a extra witch.
The only thing I haven't done is join a clan. I've been asked to join alot of them but chose go it alone. Is this the reason why? If so i'll join one!!

If your accoutn was grey, it was wiped. Every month or so every server's free accounts (greys) are wiped. This is done to bring down lag. If you do not want your accoutn to be deleted every month, upgrade to gold.

Gray Account Wipes!

A reminder to all Gray (free) account holders that a server wipe will be done within the next 72 hours. We hope you enjoyed playing on your TAO account and will consider upgrading your account to Gold status.

What's a server wipe? - Every month we receive between 200 and 300k in free account sign ups. We clear out all free accounts to make room for new ones each month. After the wipe all free account holders will have to recreate their accounts if they wish to continue playing. All stats and unit drops gaining from the month before are reset.

If you are an active TAO player and want to retain your units and stats please consider upgrading your account. Gold Accounts are not effected by server wipes and will remain unchanged.

Yes, I guess you could say that, its your oppinion, but click the link in my sig and it wont happen again,
You go gold
-extra units
-not getting wiped
-no server full
-not disconnected as much as a grey
-And you get to support the community :)
And you only pay a small fee of $5 a month.

its not harsh because if they didn't do it there would be tons of lag from all the grey accounts
