Perhaps have his belt and a headband in your color instead? when he is not moving, perhaps he could sit and meditate?

How's the blocking ratio on one of those?

Also, is the attack distance different depending on how the ninka is facing, or is the radius more like the pyromancer (also 3 blocks)?

if he has the potential to damage 9 units for 20 damage each, then he's waaaaaaaayy too powerful... but maybe a spread of some sort would be in order, or maybe three targets in that area for 15 damage each, sort of like a scout with 3 shots or something... not too bad.

true how about him having 10 power, yeah that'd be better, or say he's like the scout, but can move, attack and move out again, but has weaker attack and not as much range?

If he has the power to hit ALL that with his shurikens, then he's two powerful. I think maybe that he could hit two squares within that range with two shurikens. So:

Where H is the place where his shurikens will hit. And, of course, they're LOS.

personally, i like that idea, but if that is shot down, i was thinking, he could be faster than the assassin, 1 recovery, but with 15-10 attack, 3-5 range.

13...heh...*Lightbulb appears above head* hmm... How about the 10 power for throwing stars...and add another attack *purely melee* that does 20 power...but 30 *50% chance* when he attacks someones back.
