Hit Points : 32
Attack Pattern :
Raises a prison on a single unit within 6 tiles as long as the Ward maintains Focus.
Recovery Time: 2 turns
Special Abilities :
+ 100% Blocking from all sides while not in focus
increases atacks by 5 points
The prison ward looks and acts like the barrior ward, except for one detail. while the barrior ward is used as a defense weapon the the prison ward is in fact the opposite. The prison ward alows a person to atack ther apounant with a prison that allows anything to enter it but alows nothing to escape, unfortuenlty for the captive as his atacks will back fire. The ward also increases every atack by 5 points.

Sounds like a Frostie to me, except there is no guarenteed damage to be dealt. As long as teleportable units can't escape, I like it, except the prison wall should be destructable (60 hp maybe?) and the damage (if any is done at all) should be split 20% to the prison and 80% to the unit.
EX:
You cast Prison on a Pyro. If you use your lightning ward to strike the pyro, 6 damage (20% of 30) goes to damaging the prison, and 24 damage (80% of 30) goes to damaging the Pyro.
Grade:
8/10, simply because it's unclear how the prison works (focus attack?).

Cardplayer had the frosty comment right. This is basically a frostie because who in their right mind would attack while in the prison and risk the backfire.
You did not explain the 5 point attack bonus well. By every attack, do you mean for all units on the field? Do you mean only your units> Do you mean units that attack the trapped unit? Is the bonus at all times or only when in focus? I don;t really see the point of the attack bonus, it seems like something extra to make the unit more interesting.
Overall, this is basically a stationary version of the Frosty, which is an awsome unit. Therefore this would be a major step down. I would always take a frosty over this unit since the effective range (movement + range) is the same, and the frosty has more HP.

To answer your questions:
No, telaporter cannot escape from the prison, as the PW is a backwards force field, trapping everything inside it, while at the same time paralising it. The projected prison only lastsw as long as the PW remains in focus, if the ward is atacked the projected prison disapers just like the barrior ward.
Say a DMW is atacked with the prison ward, a circel that looks exsactly like the barrior ward will apear around the DMW, parilysing her. As long as the ward remaind in focus any atcack on the DMW would become a direct hit with no chance of her blocking it, with they added bounus of the atack on her being increased by 5 points. So if a Knight was to atack her his atack would be 22+5 for a total atack of 27.
Just remember that when the PW is not is focus it has 100% blocking against meele atacks, but can still be damaged buy magic. But when the PW is in focus it can be damaged buy any atacks.
I hoped that answered any questions

Oh... well then, I'm with Legacy on this one... useless, except for the +5 attack, and that's not a very good idea. Sorry, but only a 4/10 (it would be useful, but there is no counterbalance against the +5 power).

Wow, is it just me or are newbies becoming intelligent?
One comment on that thought though, you spelled barrier wrong. But otherwise not bad.
I ain't a CAU guy. I suck at it so I can't really judge your unit.
